Could I Have Been Slowly Poisoned With Thallium As A Child When I Lost All Of My Hair And Had A Lot Of Gastrointestinal Issues?

I’m worried that as a child I was slowly poisoned with thallium. I don’t have concrete proof but I do know that some symptoms match. I lost all of my hair and had a lot of gastrointestinal issues. I also got sick very easily. My sister was also diagnosed with failure to thrive and my dads gallbladder failed suddenly. I was neglected so I have a feeling that it’s very possible this actually was happening. I guess my question is how I could ever tell if it was actually happening and if there are long term consequences.
