Could I Have Done Serious Damage To My Throat By Inhaling Goof Off?

I was going to clean my small bathroom w/ Goof Off & poured some on the floor. I smelled horrible & as I started to scrub, the latex gloves disintegrated & after 10-15 minutes I could not take the smell so I cleaned up. That was 12/30. Later that day I started to feel like I was getting a sore throat. Not reading the danger label DUH :) I thought I was just getting a bug. So 12/31 I saw my Dr., he looked & said it was nothing he could see. Still not thinking about the Goof Off, I went to bed only to wake with a severe soar throat, it got better during the day & then last night I was spitting up all sorts of stuff all night. Long story/question, as it still hurts & I was wondering after reading the label that I could have done serious damage to my throat, vocal chords, or something else. OR is it possible it s just the bug tht s going around?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if this was the bathroom cleaning agent then this must contained the hydrochloric acid in diluted form and if is being inhaled during cleaning then this could only cause irritation in throat and nothing else, drink more water and no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
