Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Abdominal Cramps And Tender Breast Along With Negative UPT?

Hi, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 25th of July. I took the Ellaone morning after pill on the 29th of July. I was sick on the 1st of August after smoking a cigarette? My period was due on the 18th & I ve still not come on. I ve been having cramps for the last few nights but still nothing. For the last couple of weeks I have been feeling sick & hungry a lot more, my boobs are very tender, I ve taken 2 tests, one yesterday & one today which were both negative! Really not sure what to think!

Hi,
I understand your concern.
You had sex on 25th of July & your expected day of menses was 18th of July.so the sex was 23 days before the expected day of menses. That makes it a safe zone of menses cycle.( provided you have a regular menstrual cycle )
You had taken plan B on4th day after sex ,where as it's effectve till 72 hours of sex only.
* Your pregnancy tests are reliable if they were conducted after 8 days delay in period (26th August ) .. if not you have to repeat it at proper time ( only possebilitry being along menstrual cycle )
* more possibility being sex in safe period, but took the plan B on 29th of July.
Plan B being a high dose hormonal preparation, it tends to postpone periods by 8-10 days.
* The symptoms of nausea / hunger/ painful breasts is a side effect of plan B.
You will get your periods please don't worry.
