Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Spotting Along With Negative UPT? 

i am 24 years old, ive been trying to get pregnant for 3 months now, this month i spotted a week i spotted 5-6 before my period and it got a little heavier, i have sore breats nausea, i took a pregnancy test before i started spotting and it was negative, hope you can help

I understand your query.
* Yes you can be pregnant with spotting & -ve pregnancy test.
- The pregnancy test was a bit earlier. Usually urine pregnancy test turns +ve after 8 days after the expected menstrual date. I am afraid you have done it earlier. Please repeat in proper time/ go for blood pregnancy test at lab.( can find pregnancy around date of periods)- to confirm/exclude pregnancy.
- The spotting you had is likely to be implantation bleeding.
* If pregnancy test stands -ve, it can be hormonal imbalance causing the symptoms- ( out of psychological stress/ PCOD) this needs consultation of gynecologist, in case the same thing repeats .
