Could Intuniv Be Causing My Child S Nosebleeds, As Previous Medications Fluoxetine, Sertraline, And Citalopram Did?

Hi, my daughter is taking 2mg of Intuniv. She has started have nose bleeds the last 3 days. She was previously on Fluoxetine, Sertraline and Citalopram and all 3 were stopped due to nose bleeds. The bleeding stops once the medication is no longer taken, which leads me to think there is something in these medications that starts it?
