Could Isotroin Cause Weakness And Pain In Ankle And Wrists?

I am on Isotroin - 20mg and 10 mg treatment now..... it's already 2 1/2 months since i am on treatment and i cannot find any improvement. Not only the old acnes have gone but thr are new ones coming too.... moreover i am feeling weak and tired. i feel pain in my ankles and wrists bones... is it due to this tablet ?
