Could Mercilon Effect Chances Of Getting Pregnant?

hi. i have been on dianette for almost 4 yeras cause i used to suffer a lot with headeches and doctor found that i suffer with polysistic ovaries. with dianette i used to have clear skin but gained a lot of weight but i did not used to be with any pain. after 4 years i could not find it anymore and doctor put me on qlaira for just 6 months and then i was back on my usual weight but problems once again with my acne. now after other checkups doctor put me on mercilon, and read many reviews that it is a weight gain pill as well. is it true and does this affect me in the future with not having children if taking it for a very long time??? thanks
