Could Methylprednisolone Cause My Pulse To Rise Despite Controlled Afib, BP, And Cholesterol

Current diagnosis is Afib, high BP, cholesterol. All under control with these meds: Xarelto Flecainide Metoprolol Lisinopril Low dose aspirin Atorvastatin Pantoprazol Just added is Methylprednisolone 4mg for a foot injury which was stared just today. Normal pulse rate is mid 60s. Had a small regular coffee. One beer this evening. Pulse rate is now low 80s. First noticed symptom was some anxiety likely from noticing higher pulse rate. First day dose Methylprednisolone was 6 tabs 4mg. Last dose at about 3pm today. Higher pulse started about 7 pm.
