Could Mirena Cause Iron Deficiency?

I am on Mirena. Can this cause an iron dificiency? The past few days I ve been getting lightheaded and slightly dizzy. It s making me feel so off and strange. I am 31, a new mom to my 2nd child, 165 lbs and my mother has chrones! I saw this could be something of concern.
