Could PCOS Cause Periods To Stop?

Hi Doctor I had pcos and was treated with chromat SR and Diane 35 for 1 year and left it since then i use to get periods naturally until last month and now ttc, this month I dint get my periods....and when I did a pregnancy test..it turned out to be negative ..Does that mean PCOS is back?
