Could Rosuvastatin And Red Yeast Rice With CoQ10 Cause Severe Bilateral Knee Pain?

I’m having bilateral knee pain now for eight days. I can hardly walk, keeps me up at night. This started over night. The only thing I have changed is that I was started on Rosuvastatin and I also began king Red Yeast Rice + CoQ10. I wasn’t aware that RYR is a statin. I am also of Asian decent. Could these medications have caused this terrible knee pain?
