Could Thyronorm And I Pill React If Taken Together?

Im taking Thyronorm 12.5 mcg. I had an 'Outercourse' with my boyfriend. His semen came on my underwear but it was slightly thin. We are not sure if the semen had gone through and reached the outer part. I want to take the Ipill just to be safe. Could you advise me weather both the medication would not react?
