Could Xanax And Metoprolol Be Causing My Low Pulse And Blood Pressure?

My pulse was 50 this morning. I did a few exercises then took my blood pressure again and my pulse read 46. Why Also my blood pressure has been running somewhat low. 111 over 55. I am taking Xanax, 0.25 mg. 2x s per day and also take 12.5 mg. Of metoprolol at night. Is the medicine causing this? Thank you.
