Could A Blood Blister Persisting After Popping Be An Irritated Cherry Angioma On The Shoulder?

Hello, I had what looked like a blood blister show up on my shoulder 3 weeks ago. Within the first week it “popped” and is flatter now, but still hasn’t gone away. I got a sunburn in that area about 5-6 weeks ago and have since started working out on a bench that may have caused friction on that area. I have always had red spots on my back that look like cherry angiomas and I was wondering if this was also one that got irritated? No mole was there before.
