Could A Delay In Periods Be Caused By Intercourse?

Hi I had intake unwanted 72 pill after unprotected sex but my period date was on 20th of this month but now it is 26th still i hav not got period started i have done pregnancy test done by preganews but the result is negetive i am bit worried can u help please?
