Could A Delayed Period Be Due To Citalopram?

hi, im taking citalopram and recently had my coil taken out as im trying for a baby, but my doctor has lowered by dose to gradually come off the tablets. I was due my period last week but still no sign, i have taken several pregnancy test but they all say negative, is this an effect of the tablets?
