Could A Growing Dent In My Upper Right Buttock With Increasing Pain, Leg Tingling, Numbness, And Pelvic Discomfort Indicate A Serious Nerve Or Muscle Issue?

About 2 weeks ago I woke up with a golf ball sized dent in my upper right butt cheek. The pain is getting worse, it hurts when you push in the center of the dent. I can feel pain, tingling, and some numbness down my right leg to my toes, up my back on the right side, and now slight radiating pain in right pelvic region.
