Could A Lump Inside The Vaginal Opening Causing Dull Ache In Vagina Be Bartholin Cyst?

Hi I have just found an egg shape lump just inside the opening of my vagina, I have experienced a dull ache there all day and on examination found the lump, which is becoming painful. From googling this sounds like a bartholin cyst. What should I do? Can I treat this myself?

Yes. If it is infected, it will become bigger. You can get treated with antibiotics and see if it regresses. If not, it can be removed surgically. Take a Gynecologist opinion in this regard.
