Could A Meningitis Vaccine Cause Me To Not Ovulate This Month?

18/F 6 days late for my period but my quantitatve blood test was <1. Could a meningitis vaccine cause me to not ovulate this month? Should I take another pregnancy test? I had brown clotty spotting for 3-4 days around when my period was due. Was this a period? Normal periods are moderately heavy and last a week.

In understand your concerns. The meningitis vaccine is not known to cause changes in periods. The spotting could be due to periods. I suggest to get a sonography instead of repeating your pregnancy test.
