Could A Migraine After Taking Paracetamol And Feeling A Pop On The Top Of My Head While Falling Asleep Be A Blood Vessel Issue?

Hi, im 21 years old. im suffering a migraine last day and i took paracetamol and it relieves my headache after 20 mins when im falling asleep i felt a pop on the top of my head and suddenly awakens me. but there is no pain im worried maybe it came from my blood vessel in my brain.
