Could A Painless Lump And Indentation From An Accident Be Serious?

Hi, two years ago I had wrecked a side by side off road vehicle. I took a turn too quick and it turned on it s side. The steering column had my leg pinned to the ground because I have my leg bent at a 90 degree angle. The steering column was resting on my thigh with quite a bit of force and my foot was flat on the ground. I finally managed to wiggle it out and got a tractor and pulled the vehicle back over. I hurt for a week or two later and I kind of had to limp a little. Ever since then there has been a knot or lump on my thigh about an inch and a half I m diameter. It s almost impossible to notice until I flex my leg. It then pops up and you can also tell that there is kind of an indention right in front of it. The lump is quite fleshy and has never given me any problems in the past two years. I am just wondering if I should be concerned. I never told my parents about the accident (I know, stupid thing to do)

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some muscle damage at the time of accident and now after long time indentation formed.
Consult orthopedic surgeon to find out dent and any muscle wasting if there.
Ok and take care.
