Could A Skin Biopsy Efficient Enough To Show If I Don T Have Sclerosis To The Internal Organs Too?

Hello I just was diagnozed with morphea, and I want to say that mine it does not itch or hurts me, but it is very ugly. How can I know when she will be in remission. Is it a skin biopsy efficient enough to show if I dont have sclerosis to the internal organs too?
