Could A Small Hole In My Buttock Crease With Slight Discharge Be A Pilonidal Cyst?

Hi ! Yesterday I just noticed a small tiny hole on my buttocks crease. Upon noticing there was a bit of liquid discharge from that tiny hole. Kindly do let me know what to do on urgent basis at home. Cleaning it properly 3-4 times with dettol diluted with water by applying on cloth and wiping out the area. Very much afraid I think it’s a pilonidal plz some doctor advice thanks
