Could A Small Red Spot Below Vagina And Anus Be A Sign Of Herpes?

Hi, I have a small red spot (it's flat and not a bump from what I can tell) right below below my vagina and anus. Im concerned I have contracted herpes. it's tender to the touch I wouldn't say it was painful. Tingled a little when i peed. The space seems kind of dry there and I also had sex last night that. Does this seem like a herpes case?

Thank you for query. There are many causes for red rash like infections bacterial viral fungal allergies irritant dermatitis STDs etc.Keep area clean.use protectives like condom during intercourse.consult doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
