Could A Stye In My Left Eye, Painfully Dry Left Nostril And Pain Upon Touching At The Left Eyebrow Be Related?

A couple months ago I got a stye in my left eye. In the last month my left nostril has been painfully dry. A few weeks ago I noticed the bone over my left ey toward the end of my brow was sensitive to the touch. Could all these symptoms be related? Allergy? I have never experienced allergies before and I am no youngster .
