Could A Sudden Hour-long Episode Of Scrambled Vision And Light Sensitivity Indicate A Serious Underlying Condition?

Sudden onset of vision where parts of the page and keyboard are scrambled, like holes in acuity.. not black pots but places where you see the keyboard, but normal light is too bright and head turning or movement is how you can see keys in the blurry areas, Lasted for about an hour.
