Could A White Bump On Penis Shaft With Clear Liquid, After A Rough Oral Sex Be Something Serious?

I noticed after one night with a girl who performed rough oral on penis,it hurt a little but then the next morning or following morning after I notice this single, small (smaller then a BB) flesh/kind-of-white hard bump on my penile shaft. It can not be moved and stays about the same size when erect. Tried popping it and I think maybe a little clear liquid came out but really nothing. I have nothing else wrong, it doesn't itch, no pain,and no other symptoms what so ever but I am nervous.
