Could Abdominal Cramping, Headaches And Severe Acne Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I m possibly being paranoid I had the implantation bleeding then week later my period came it was light and had all period symptoms uauslly had . I then after continued to have cramping and headaches and severe acne and noticed my areoles got darker and bigger and breasts at least a cup size or two bigger and tender breasts I was paranoid I was but then put it down to stress . Then I noticed blue vins on my breasts like down to my nipple on right one it circles around nipple and goes up to shoulder this had me convinced I was . But now I got my period early . It s light but black red so dark and lot of clots still have veins but if I was pregnant I d be 6/7 weeks . I no your thinking just do pregancy test one I did went wrong and did t work and that was only time I could do it. Or could it be like breast cancer
