Could Abdominal Cramps During Pregnancy Be Related To Acidity?
My Obgyn prescribed Volatern 100 mg suppositories today as I m 15 weeks pregnant with identical twins and had experienced two period-like cramps earlier today. When I got home from work and rested, I found out that I had a lot of trapped wind. Could the cramps have been related to that rather than the onset of preterm labour as my Obgyn suspects?

I really appreciate your concern, such abdominal symptom are very likely in pregnancy and this may not need any treatment more over try to avoid taking medicines in pregnancy particularly in first and second trimester, hope this information helps, take care.
