Could Abdominal Pain Be Due Moderate Hepatomegaly?

Hello Sir,
My mother was having abdomen pain since a month and as per doctors suggestion she had her CT scan,
CT Scan report has following impression
My mother has been diagnosed with moderate hepatomegaly with fatty changes and few fat spared areas.
Multiple will defined large hypodense lesion-s with graduar progressive centripetar enhancement of contract as described in the text
Above described CT scan findings highly suggests the possibility of slow flow hepatic hemangiomas, Hepatic adenomas/adenomatosis is another differential.
will you please suggest how to proceed further
