Could Abdominal Pains With No Periods Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

I am a female age 22,126lbs,5ft 4inches. Generally good health had my period early last month but none for this month. Am having abdominal pains so i went to the doctor done a PT which show negative so he gave me the Primoult N 5MG. 15 tabs, 3 daily.I still have two days dosages left. Is there any possibility that i could be pregnant ? I do get symptoms of pregnancy sometimes.

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

As your urine test is negative , you have very minimal chances of pregnancy.Please continue your doses of Primolut N. You will get your periods within 3 to 10 days after finishing tablets.

If you have any doubts , blood beta HCG and USG can be helpful.

In absence of pregnancy, pregnancy like symptoms may be due to PMS- premenstrual syndrome. I will suggest use of B LONG F, EVION, PRIMOSA one each daily for 3 months.I will suggest indulging in a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Include plenty of fruits, salads, vegetables in the diet.
Have adequate water intake , say 8 – 10 glasses per day.
Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products, and refined sugars.
Avoid substance abuse, if any.
