Could Accidental Ingestion Of Chloramphenicol By A Toddler Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hi my 2 year old got some chloramphenicol ear drops 5℅ in his mouth. Not sure if he swollowed any but he was wiping out his mouth and asked for water a little after. The bottle is still pretty full and was closed when he had a hold of it so it might have been just a litte bit leaked out. What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, although this nothing to worry if you are not sure, whether this is being swallowed or not, vomiting would be the symptom if it is ever swallowed else this is may not be danger one, but care need to be taken for next time, hope this information helps, take care.
