Could Acidity And Coldness Be Related To Dry Eyes?

hello sir, my name is bimal, i am from ahmedabad,india.i have a problem regarding dry eyes. i wash them several time a day but still i have the same problem after few minutes. i had a laser operation 5 yrs back for removal of spectacles. i am also suffering from acidity and cold does it have any connection to dry eyes. pls huggest me. my email id is -

acidity can not be related how ever cold if you mean coryza may be indirectly related. if viral infection effect nasolacrimal gland and block duct it can effect tear secretion and causes dry eye, main causes are excessive expo user to computer in which there is less of blinking and prolonged use of contact lens are proven causes.
