Could Adderall Cause Severe Migraine, Numb Feet And Nausea?

Quick question a friend used to be prescribed adderall when he was younger and last night he took a high dose of 150 mg which cause severe migranes,numbness in feet, and severe nausea. Mentioning that was some odd 20 hours ago. His heart still has a fast beat and was wondering if taking his prescribed hydrocodone would be ok and bring his heart rate to normal.
