Could Alcohol And Smoking Cause Body Odour?

I cant stand doing my bf's clothes. They smell like vomit. I wash all the bedding twice a week cause he stinks. He is an extremely heavy drinker and smokes and doesnt have a healthy diet. He is about 6'2" and weighs 145 which is surprising to me considering his diet. Why does he wreak like vomit?

Oh there might be problem of severe liver damage. Normally smoking and alcohol causes specific order for that substance only.As you wrote he is heavy drinker and poor ion diet.His liver might damage a lot leading to cirrhosis and wight gain.This cirrhosis leads to stopping of detoxification of bad substance from body due to liver dysfunction and accumulate in body and blow skin which may be responsible for bad odor.So consult immediately to physcican go for liver function test and ultrasonography.
