Could Allergic Reaction Be The Cause Of Flaking And Peeling Eyelids?

what might be causing my eyelids to flake and peel? They are not red, bumpy, or itchy. I have not changed products of any kind, so I do not believe this is an allergic reaction. It has been happening for years, but has worsened in the past few weeks.

Hello,

On a given information I would like to rule out possibility of some autoimmune diseases like SLE or else. Because if allergy is not cause although it is most common cause chances of autoimmune diaereses are there. Please consult with good ophthalmologist for further testing and diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
