Could An Elevated ESR With Fatigue, Headaches, And Shortness Of Breath Be Linked To Persistent Coronavirus?

Hello, I just received results from Quest that my ESR results show 58. I am a covid “long hauler” who has been dealing with varying issues and symptoms. Most symptoms are: Bad frequent headaches, fatigue, shortness of breath from anything physical, insomnia. I won’t even mention the minor things like terrible hair shedding. I had a very rough time with covid, high fever, and all the usual (no taste/smell), etc. But I never felt like I couldn’t breathe so didn’t go to hospital. Just can’t seem to be “me” again. The strangest thing of all is a very bad cataract that needs surgery. But my opthomologist said nothing to do with covid even though it only got very bad about a month after being sick. I’m seeing neurologist but don’t have another appt for a month. Thanks and sorry if this was too long!
