Could An Extra Dosage Of Tylenol For Fever In An Infant Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hi there! My 7 month old started running a fever tonight. My 4 year old has been sick the last few days as well so he's been on regular doses of Tylenol/Ibuprofen.
Just now when giving my 7 month old his 1st dose of Tylenol for his fever I, out of habit, filled the medicine dropper to 5mL instead of the 2.5mL. I realized it before I gave him the entire thing, but he still got about 4mL instead of the 2.5. Should I be concerned at all or should it be fine?
