Could Anemia Cause Early Contractions?
Hi Dr, I ve just been discharged from hospital after early contractions at 25 weeks pregenant and they also discovered I was anemic with Hemoglobin level of 9, I have iron tablets to take, how long will this take to work? and could this have been the cause of the early contractions?

Hello, patients with low hemoglobin are prone to such preterm contractions so start tablets as soon as possible and take good diet and rest to have it relieved soon
