Hi I have already been diagnosed with ectopic heart beat and had all the tests done and been told to avoid caffeine. However, lately I have been getting numbness in my wrists when I am experiencing when I have the chest pain which my doctor put down to anxiety.

Yes, definitely the numbness in wrists and chest pain could be the result of anxiety if all the other tests done are normal. The other symptomd of anxiety are Palpitations or pounding heart, or accelerated heart rate,
Sweating,Trembling or shaking,Dry mouth,Difficulty breathing, Feeling of choking,Chest pain or discomfort,Muscle tension or aches and pains, Restlessness and inability to relax etc.
Just relax and modify your daily routine properly including avoiding fatty diets, ghee, sugar and doing regular exercises and walking in morning. Hope this will help.
