Could Applying A Vitamin Cream Help In Curing Swollen Red Lips?

Sure, I have swollen red lips. It happens every year around July. This year is particularry painful and uncomfortable. This has been going on for 6 weeks this year. hard to eat, drink, and Aquapor even irratates it. using plain old vasaline. Would a vitamin cream help me. sorry YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
I think you may be having chelitis. In your case it is seasonal. So, it may be some allergy. Take a short and tappering course of steroid along with oral antihistaminics. If there is infection, take antibiotic for one week. Mild steroid with antibiotic cream may be applied. Protect the lip from allergens and sun exposure. I hope you would be alright.
