Could Back Pain And Leg Pain Indicate Secondary Spread To The Bones?
I have just had a primary breast tumour removed and axillary lymph node sampling, nodes clear, awaitng radiation therapy and waiting to start tamoxifen, but I have noticed my legs feel very heavy weak and achy since my lumpectomy, and i have lower back pain,( though i have had back pain for the last couple of years on and off . Could this indicate a secondary spread to the bones?
Hi No, this wouldn't indicate bone metastases from the breast cancer but it could indicate either a vitamin D deficiency or a magnesium deficiency so you need to be checked for those
