Could Back Pain Be Due To HCG Injections And Will Stopping This Harm Baby?

hi i am 26 years old,now am 7 week pregnant.since i had bleeding from 6 week doctoe advised me to take HCG injections six doses weekly once.i have a severe backpain.is this injection is any cause to my backpain,can i stop taking injection,will it harm my baby

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion Hcg hormone is very essential in maintaining the pregnancy.If it is insufficient it might cause bleeding.So you are suggested to take Hcg injections by your doctor.That is not the cause for the back pain and it is not going to harm the baby.Infact it protects your pregnancy.Pain might be muscular in origin.Kindly get an ultrasound done to know your pregnancy status.Take rest.Avoid physical and mental strain and intercourse.
