Could Be Pregnant After An Unprotected Sex Without Ejaculation?

About 4 months ago I switched contraception pills from YazFlex to Zoely. The reason for this change was because I was experiencing spotting. During these 4 months on Zoely, I elected to skip my period. However, this month, I believe to be my 5th month on Zoely, I chose to have my period my taking the placebo tablets. However, I have not had my period. I am now on my last day of placebo tablets and still have not had my period.
Moreover, last night my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex but he did not ejaculate inside me. Can you please advice- I fear that I may be pregnant. I visited my GP yesterday as I felt I showed symptoms of a bladder infection, I had a urine (mid-stream) and am waiting on the results to be confirmed. In the mean time, my GP had put me on a 7-day course of antibiotics.

Since you have faithfully taken the pills, you need not worry about conception. The cause of the absence of the withdrawal bleeding could be an infection, hormonal imbalance ( since you have been avoiding your period all these months, it can take sometime now) or stress. You can get a pregnancy test after a week or go for the serum beta-hCG estimation, if you wish for an earlier and definite confirmation. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you good health.
