Could Beer Be The Causes Of Recurrence Of Leukoplakia?

1-1/2 months ago I had surgery on a vocal chord to remove a lesion (leukoplakia). It was successful and biopsy came back as mild dysplasia . I followed up with the surgeon today and a small spot has come back. I do drink beer (maximum of 1 per day). Can the beer be the cause?
