Could Being On Growth Hormones Lead To Redness And Pain In Knee?
Yes I have a little girl who is ten she is on growth hormones.she has been telling me that her knee is hurting her.she is in gymnastics.she came home last night from gym and her knee was red and they had to sit her out because of the pain.could it be from the shots or could it be from gym? She has been complaining for awhile with this.I stopped the shots for a few days and she had no knee pain.as soon as I started giving her shots back to her her knee started hurting again

Yes you are right.Growth Hormone causes joint pain by proliferation of bone and soft tissue. Check whether she is on proper replacement Dose and whether there is concomitant hormone deficiency. You need to consult endocrinologist, early.
