I m a 25 year old breastfeeding mom for a 6 month old baby.i took biotin supplement tablets of 1000mcg just twice alone.Now i missed my period for a week and im concerned about it.could biotin be the cause for my missed period ? also i had little cramping with light red spots only? help me out from this...

Hello,
Not getting periods while you are breastfeeding the baby is a good sign. It occurs because of hormones (prolactin) if you start weaning; again you will get periods. Biotin has no role in period stopping.
