Could Black Spots On The Cheeks Be Due To Acne Vulgaris?
Hello sir I am having black spots all over my cheeks. previously i was diagnosed with acne vulgaris. That time it was all cured but now it is reappearing. So please suggest that should i continue my previous medication or i should go for another check up.

Hi! welcome to HCM and thanks for your post!
In any medical or skin clinic your problem is common with many more and I'm sorry to say that black spots appear when acne vulgaris is partially treated or some residual inflammation continues in the background causing deposition of melanin...
It is fairly treatable a condition and most spots go away with time but I would suggest you change over to some newer alternative or to see a dermatologist for appropriate medication and anything else if needed!
regards,
