Dear User,

Thanks for Asking,

Yes, Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension ) Can cause Blurring of eyes and Double vision. Just want to know a little more information from you

1) Are you on any drugs that Might slow your heart rate and decrease your BP?
( The Reason I ask this is , Since, you mentioned had 3 heart attacks ,I belive you would have been already on a drug called Betablocker or Calcium channel blocker which can both decrease your heart rate and blood pressure - If yes , Please Review with your cardiologist and make sure you are not taking high doses )

2) Dehydration can also cause Low Bp - be little liberal with water and Keep yourselves Hydrated unless until your doctor has advised you fluid restriction.

3) Standing for a long time can also cause Low BP (Which is called Postural hypotension. The Solution is when you feel this aura, just keep lie down or even lie down and keep your both legs elevated

Hope I have answered your Question . If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you ..

Regards
Dr.Samuel
