Could Body Pain Be Due To HIV Infection?

So I've been worried about hiv for the past year or so ... I've been having unprotected sex with other men being on the insertive partner (top) I've been tested for it all and all came back negative .. but I've been having abnormal pains and been stressing ... I've had pain in random places all over my body.

If you recently tested negative for HIV, then you probably don't have it at this time. Random aches and pains can be due to almost anything. You need to see a doctor, have an exam and some tests to figure it out. However, you are in a very high risk group to get HIV. You should be getting tested at least yearly for HIV no matter how you feel. I suggest you change your sexual behavior to reduce your risk. Use condoms and stick with one partner. Rather than stressing and worrying about it, take active steps to reduce your risk.

Hope this helps. If you have further questions I will be happy to answer them.
